The rule for a 50kW BESS is to size the battery on overnight energy and the inverter on surge current. A guesthouse drawing 5kW through a 14-hour evening window needs 70kWh, comfortably inside the 112kWh usable capacity even after accounting for a 10-year degradation curve.

On the inverter side, 50KVA covers the simultaneous start of air-conditioning compressors and a borehole pump.
