About Mars Solar

Founded in 2008, Mars Solar is a vertically integrated solar power system factory based in China, designing and manufacturing PV modules, hybrid inverters, lithium battery packs, and turnkey BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) cabinets for the global B2B market. From a single 50MW solar panel production line, we have scaled to over 5GW annual capacity across four dedicated workshops — solar panel lamination, lithium battery pack assembly, hybrid inverter PCBA, and BESS cabinet integration — supported by more than 320 engineers, technicians, and sales specialists.

Unlike trading companies that only relabel containers, we manufacture 82% of every solar power system we ship in-house, including cell stringing, lamination, frame assembly, battery grading, BMS programming, inverter burn-in testing, and full cabinet integration. The remaining 18% comes from our long-term technology partners: Deye (inverter platform), GoodWe (monitoring & hybrid inverter), LONGi (mono PERC/TOPCon cells), CATL and EVE (lithium battery cells), and CHINT (DC components and switchgear).

Every solar power system we deliver to 130+ countries is built under one ISO 9001 quality framework and tested against CE, IEC 61215, IEC 61730, UL 61730, and UN38.3 standards. Our EPC contractors, distributors, and project developers in the Philippines, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Australia trust Mars Solar because we ship the same solar power system a German or American brand would — at a factory-direct price a Chinese OEM can offer.

A 25,000 m² solar manufacturing facility in two adjacent buildings, equipped with four automated production lines and a -40°C to +85°C environmental testing chamber. Annual output exceeds 5GW of solar modules, 800MWh of lithium battery packs, 200,000 hybrid inverters, and 1,500 fully integrated BESS cabinets — every unit tracked by a serialized QR code from cell bin to container loading.
